Carburizing and nitriding treatment refers to the process of simultaneously or continuously performing carburizing and nitriding. Generally, for materials with poor hardenability, such as low-carbon low-alloy steel, carburizing is conducted while adding ammonia gas or similar substances to achieve both carburizing and nitriding, aiming to improve the hardenability of the material at lower transformation temperatures. By performing nitriding, it becomes possible to effectively introduce hardness into materials that do not harden with carburizing alone. The quality characteristics obtained from carburizing and nitriding treatment include improved wear resistance and fatigue strength, similar to carburizing, as well as enhanced softening resistance. We carry out shine treatment for a variety of products, from large items to small goods!

Bright annealing refers to a state where the product shines brightly, as the name suggests. The atmosphere of the heat treatment furnace is adjusted to process the products without causing surface oxidation. Our company uses nitrogen gas and a mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen gas to prevent oxidation on the product surface. We manage the atmosphere from the time the products are loaded into the heat treatment furnace until the heating and cooling processes are complete. We have a pit-type bright annealing setup, allowing us to perform bright annealing on a variety of products, from large items to small parts. Large components are designed to withstand greater forces compared to small components. Therefore, the required carburizing depth in heat treatment is also deeper. Additionally, as the components themselves become larger, the time taken for heating, cooling, and tempering, aside from processing time, increases. Our company enables a reduction in carburizing time by performing high-temperature, high-concentration carburizing. We have extensive experience in carburizing large components and possess technical know-how. Technical Introduction: "Heat Treatment of Aluminum Alloys"

From large products to small items, we accommodate a variety of products!

Aluminum alloys are strengthened by heat treatment processes. Below are some representative treatments. 1. Solution Treatment and Natural Aging (T-4) This heat treatment involves rapidly cooling (water cooling) the aluminum alloy while maintaining a state where magnesium (Mg), copper (Cu), silicon (Si), and other elements are dissolved in the aluminum base (supersaturated solid solution). 2. Solution Treatment and Artificial Aging (T-6) This treatment improves hardness and mechanical strength by precipitating compounds of magnesium (Mg), copper (Cu), silicon (Si), etc., that were dissolved during the solution treatment, and is accelerated by raising the temperature to a certain level. 3. Stabilization Treatment (T-5) For some aluminum parts, to prevent changes in properties due to temperature rise during use, this process stabilizes the characteristics of the parts at a temperature slightly higher than the operating temperature. 4. Annealing Treatment (O Treatment) Annealing may be performed at around 350°C to improve workability. This is done when reprocessing parts that have already undergone T-6 treatment, particularly to reduce deformation in parts that are likely to deform. ● For more details, please contact us.
